Bio of Paul Boucherle - Principal – Matterhorn Consulting, LLC

Paul C. Boucherle CPP- Certified Protection Professional and CSC - Certified Sherpa Coach has more than thirty years of diverse security and safety industry experience including UL central station operations, risk-vulnerability assessments, strategic security program design and management of industry convergence challenges. Boucherle has successfully guided top-tier companies in achieving enhanced ROI resulting from improved sales and operational management techniques. He is a charismatic speaker and educator on a wide range of critical topics relating to the security industry of today and an accomplished corporate strategist and marketer whose vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the security industry sector. Offering a rare blend of critical hands-on product experience with creative and operational strengths, Paul has achieved exciting company and product turnarounds and is recognized for his success in growing sales and profits.

As a corporate consultant and executive coach, Boucherle’s exceptional track record of business improvement is based on his philosophy of total enterprise engagement in change. He is able to quickly identify and diagnose sales and growth impediments that go far beyond marketing, working with companies to refine their organizational structure, product lines, sourcing, sales channels, and market position, as well as their individual executive management style and technique.

His strategic approach to convergence strategies is reflected in his hands-on experience as a pioneer in the field and as founder of high technology firm Digital By Design. The company was involved in the design, engineer and development of software and supplied hardware for new “smart video” technologies that communicate over LAN/WLAN networks. Digital By Design also provided application assessment, system design and component requirements of systems that protect universities, refineries, utilities, primary school, airports, manufacturing and biotechnology research facilities among others, as well as, IP/IT video system consulting to end users, system integrators and manufacturers.

Paul’s educational merits were received from East Carolina University, New Bern, NC (Undergraduate work while in the service of the United States Marine Corp); Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio (Bachelor of Science, Business Administration); Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio (Associate of Applied Science, Electrical Engineering); Northwestern University – J.L. Paul C. Boucherle is a Viet Nam Veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps from 1970-1974.

Bio of Jayne Boucherle - Co-owner/Executive Coach – Matterhorn Consulting, LLC

Jayne Boucherle has more than twenty years of experience in the fields of education, business management and more recently, in executive/management coaching. Prior to entering business management and executive coaching, Jayne was a high school level teacher and also worked at Ohio State University as a continuing education instructor while taking graduate courses.

Jayne left teaching to take on the challenging responsibilities of upper management positions for companies ranging from big city firms in metropolises such as San Francisco, Chicago and Columbus, Ohio to national and global level corporations. These experiences have given her the ability to proffer information easily and concisely as well as provided her with a keen insight for dealing with difficult administration issues on every level of management.

After receiving a Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification (CSC) - which is widely recognized as one of the most credible training and certifications currently available for top level coaching and leadership development - from the Penn State University Executive Program, Jayne specializes in coaching entrepreneurs, executives and subsequent echelon managers who want and need to become more effective, successful and balanced business leaders and supervisors.

A graduate of Youngstown State University of Youngstown Ohio with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education, Boucherle is a business woman who co owns and operates Matterhorn Consulting and Digital By Design with her husband Paul Boucherle CPP, CSC.

She is the mother of two children and is actively involved in numerous church and community organizations, in which she has been entrusted with officeholder positions.

Bio of Claudia Leyde, M Ed. - Executive Coach – Matterhorn Consulting, LLC

Claudia Leyde has more than twenty-five years experience in the management and administration of non-profit, social service organizations. She has significant experience dealing with difficult people, issues and circumstances in a style that enables individuals to maximize the potential of their current employment status. She has also assisted organizations with development and restructuring of programs and services as required by financial and regulatory changes.

Having received a Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification course from Penn State University Executive Program (widely recognized as one of the most credible training and certification currently available for leadership development), Claudia’s coaching concentration is with professionals who want to become more effective and balanced in their leadership roles, to include those who are planning or are in the midst of employment transitions.

A graduate of Westminster College, of New Wilmington, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Master of Education from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA, Claudia is currently the director of a private, non-profit organization serving children and families. She has served in many capacities on the Boards of several local, regional and statewide organizations in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
